Love & inter-caste marriage is fully legal in India
Every adult in India has a constitutional right to marry a partner of their choice. The Supreme Court has repeatedly upheld this — in Lata Singh v. State of U.P. and Shakti Vahini v. Union of India the Court confirmed that two consenting adults do not need the consent of parents, family or community to marry, and that couples facing threats are entitled to police protection. Caste, religion and community are not legal barriers to marriage.
For a love marriage you have two legal paths. If both partners are Hindu, Sikh, Jain or Buddhist, an Arya Samaj ceremony followed by SDM registration under the Hindu Marriage Act is usually the fastest. If the partners are of different religions and neither wishes to convert, the Special Marriage Act, 1954 is the correct route — it lets you marry as a civil union without changing anyone's religion.
No family consent needed
Adults (groom 21+, bride 18+) can marry on their own decision.
Inter-caste welcome
Caste is never a legal obstacle to marriage in India.
Inter-faith option
Special Marriage Act allows marriage without religious conversion.
Privacy & discretion
Confidential handling for couples who need it.
Police protection
We guide threatened couples on protection petitions.
Full legal proof
Government certificate valid for visa, passport and property.
A safe, confidential love marriage process in Delhi
Many couples come to us worried about family objection, privacy or safety. We keep the process discreet and lawful. After a quick document check we recommend the right route — Arya Samaj + HMA for same-religion couples, or SMA for inter-faith couples — book the appointment, arrange witnesses if you have none, and manage the filing so there are no surprises.
If either partner faces threats or coercion, we can guide you on filing a protection petition before the High Court, which routinely directs the police to protect married or intending couples. Your marriage, once registered, is legally binding regardless of who approves of it — and that certificate is what banks, passport offices and courts recognise.
