Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund of the service fee paid to Court Marriage Arya Samaj Mandir Delhi for our court marriage and marriage registration documentation services. This policy applies only to our service fee — government fees, court fees, and stamp duty paid to a government authority are non-refundable by us once paid, as we do not control government refund processes.

2. Full Refund (100%)

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of booking, and our team has not yet started work on your documents, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the service fee. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment where possible.

3. Partial Refund (50%)

If our team has already started work on your documents (such as drafting your application or preparing your affidavit) but the application has not yet been filed with the registrar, Arya Samaj Mandir, or court, a 50% refund of the service fee applies.

4. No Refund

No refund of the service fee is available once any of the following has happened, because our service has already been substantially delivered or a government fee has already been committed on your behalf:

• Your application has already been filed with the Marriage Registrar, Arya Samaj Mandir, or court.
• Government fees, court fees, or stamp duty have already been paid on your behalf.
• A registrar, Arya Samaj, or court appointment has already been scheduled and confirmed for you.
• Your documents are found to be fake, forged, or materially incorrect, or you have withheld information required for the application.

This limit reflects the fact that our service fee, once the corresponding work or government payment has taken place, covers costs and effort that cannot be recovered — it does not exceed our own cost of providing that part of the service, in line with applicable consumer protection rules.

5. Government Rejection Due to Our Error

If a government authority rejects your application because of an error on our part (for example, an incorrectly prepared document), we will re-file your application at no additional service fee. This remedy applies specifically to errors attributable to us — it does not apply where rejection results from incorrect or incomplete information or documents you provided, or from eligibility issues on your part.
