Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using the services of Court Marriage Arya Samaj Mandir Delhi ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Our Service — Please Read Carefully

Court Marriage Arya Samaj Mandir Delhi is a private documentation and process-facilitation service. We are not a law firm, we are not advocates, and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. Using our services does not create an attorney-client relationship. We help couples understand the applicable marriage law, prepare and organise the required documents, complete application forms, and coordinate appointments with the relevant Government Marriage Registrar, Arya Samaj Mandir, or court. Where a matter requires representation by an advocate (for example, a contested case or a court hearing that requires legal representation), any advocate involved is independently licensed and registered with the Bar Council, and is separately engaged by you or introduced to you — such an advocate acts in their own independent professional capacity, and not as our employee or agent.

We are also not a government website and are not part of, or officially affiliated with, any Marriage Registrar office, Arya Samaj organisation, court, or any Government of India department. We are a private service that assists couples with the documentation and process involved in marriage registration.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended only for individuals who are legally eligible to marry under the applicable law in India (including minimum age and legal capacity requirements). By using our services, you confirm that you and your partner meet the eligibility requirements of the law under which you are registering your marriage.

4. Description of Services

Depending on the package you choose, our services may include: guidance on the applicable marriage law and process, preparation and review of application forms and supporting documents, coordination of appointments with the relevant registrar, Arya Samaj Mandir, or court, and general assistance through to certificate collection. The exact scope of service is confirmed with you before you make payment.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and authentic documents and information. Submitting false, forged, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence under Indian law and is entirely your responsibility.
  • Attending court, registrar, or Arya Samaj appointments at the scheduled time.
  • Arranging the witnesses required for your application.
  • Paying applicable government fees, court fees, and stamp duty on time — these are separate from our service fee unless explicitly included in your package.
  • Promptly informing us of any change in your circumstances that may affect your application.

6. Service Fees and Payment

Our service fees range from ₹4,999 to ₹14,999 depending on the type of marriage service and package selected, and are communicated to you before you make payment. Fees are generally payable in advance. Government fees, court fees, and statutory charges are separate from our service fee unless explicitly stated to be included in your package.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

We make every reasonable effort to help you complete your marriage registration correctly and on time. However, the final decision to approve, delay, or reject an application rests solely with the concerned Marriage Registrar, Arya Samaj Mandir, or court, and is outside our control. If an application is rejected for a reason attributable to an error on our part, we will assist with re-filing at no additional service fee, as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to keep the legal and procedural information on our website accurate and current. However, marriage laws, court procedures, and government fee schedules can change, and we do not guarantee that every detail on our website reflects the most recent legal position at the time you read it. You should independently verify time-sensitive requirements with the relevant Marriage Registrar, court, or a licensed advocate before relying on them for a legal decision.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Marriage Arya Samaj Mandir Delhi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the service fees you actually paid us for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of time, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from delays, rejections, or outcomes that are outside our reasonable control (including decisions made by government authorities or courts).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your submission of false or fraudulent documents or information, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

16. Force Majeure
